sand-casted recycle cans and stainless steel mirror finished

To provoke people’s consciousness about the environment. What we will leave for the next generation !!

The contrast of two entities; Sand-cast aluminum and Reflection of nature, was used to provoke people's consciousness about surrounding nature.

(Reflection (mirror) represents the changes of surrounded nature/cast aluminum represent the human imprint)

Cast aluminum got a meaning of human imprint vs. Nature.Instead of using the material from a local tin mine which has been used up for decades, the work was done by sand-cast aluminum from recycled cans and imprinted with the pieces found along the beach, both artificial and natural product.Historical paintings in ancient caves tell the way of life of ancient people, This work would tell the story of us to the next generation in the next thousands of years. What will we leave behind !!

Changes happen all the time, but sometimes we might forget. The reflection highlight the changes of surrounded nature with its reflection. We want to create a space and work for people to stop, reflect and contemplate.
