Last year, we were commission by creative economy agency, Thailand to create an art installation for the new public park in Bangkok. The theme is about how artwork can coexist between man-made and nature in sustainable way.

Benjakitti Park is a large park located in the heart of the city, which has gained great popularity since its opening. The park's natural elements and environmental system promote relaxation amidst the busy bangkok

Much like Benjakitti Park, House of Silence offers a place of mindfulness for the audience to be with and by themselves-a chance to simply witness the effortless unfolding of their natural surroundings. The Piece used an interplay of lights, shadows, and reflections to create multiple optical illusions, subsequently inviting a sense of balance between existence and emptiness; the internal and external; and the body and the mind. House of Silence connects our outer environments with our inner emotions as we stand still amidst the never-ending motions of the big city.

Being in between Illusion and Reality, "House of Silence" open up a space for pausing, contemplating, and allowing time for observation of the ever-changing nature surrounding it. With the reflective material of the artwork, it shows the changes from morning to afternoon and until sunset, and seems to disappear at night because it blends into the surrounding environment.
